Among her extensive achievements in the South African Music Industry, Malie's tenure as Vocal Producer & Arranger on "Idols South Africa" for 15 years, as well as her involvement with "Idols Nigeria" and "The Voice South Africa," alongside various stage and television productions, is a reflection of her influence and impact. She has vocally produced some of South Africa's most prominent artists across all genres.
One of Malie’s most distinct and fulfilling experiences, has been her 25-plus years serving as the Music / Vocal Director of "Little Falls Christian Centre" in the West Rand of Johannesburg under the esteemed leadership of Pastors Harold and Maud Weitsz. Her time there, alongside one of the most exceptional music and vocal teams, remains a cherished chapter.
Malie's global journey, particularly with Worship Teams, has fuelled her unwavering passion and commitment to constructive development and excellence within these teams. With extensive global experience in training worship teams, singers, and choirs, Malie has identified crucial elements and techniques essential for their success, often unavailable to many singers. In response, she has conceptualised and developed the groundbreaking “Worship Teams Harmony Assist” APP to provide accurate and precise harmonies, constructive growth, structure, and comprehensive development. She believes it to be the ultimate problem-solving and time-saving tool, inspiring and cultivating team members regardless of their expertise or the size of the Worship Team.
